An extensive buffet breakfast is served at the hotel restaurant located on the ground floor. Here you will find more information on our breakfast buffet.

Monday to Friday 6.30 am – 10.00 am

Saturday to Sunday and public holidays 7.30 am – 11.00 am

If breakfast is not included in your room price, you can add breakfast to the reservation for an additional price of €18/person/day.

Check-out is by noon on the day of departure. Please return your room key to the reception.

Voltage and frequency are 220V / 50Hz with European-style two-prong outlets.

The ironing room is located on the fourth floor. Please ask for the keys at reception. Please note that the hotel cannot accept responsibility for any damages to your clothes that occurs during ironing. 

Luggage storage service available by the front desk.

This service works on self service baces, no tags in use.  
You can store your luggage in the storage room on your own risk, please do not leave any valuables to the luggage room.

Hotel Arthur is located in the heart of Helsinki and has no on-site parking. We recommend the P-Kluuvi parking hall located next to the hotel for parking. Here you can find more information about the garage. Parking payable directly to the P-Kluuvi garage.

We have a few rooms where pets are welcome for additional charge. However, we kindly ask you to mention your pet when making a booking. Bookings only directly from the hotel. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Pets may not be left alone in hotel rooms.

The hotel reception is open 24 hours.

You can also purchase refreshments, sweets, personal hygiene products, post cards and stamps, etc. from the reception. Alcoholic beverages are also available from 09.00 am until 01.30 am.

Help us to preserve our nature by saving water and reducing the amount of laundry. Please turn off the lights when leaving the room.

As recognition of our valuable and long-term work to promote sustainable tourism, we were awarded the Sustainable Travel Finland label by Visit Finland in December 2025. We also participate in the EcoCompass environmental management system and are part of the LGBTQ+-friendly We Speak Gay community.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor. 

Breakfast
From Monday till Friday in the restaurant at 06.30 – 10.00.
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in the restaurant at 07.30 – 11.00.

Lunch in the restaurant weekdays from Monday till Friday at 11.00 – 14.00

At other times, the restaurant serves groups by advance reservation.

To make a table reservation, dial 208. Room service upon request, dial 208; a room service fee will be added to your final bill.

There is a small sauna available for private use for additional charge. Sauna can be booked at the reception; the available times are from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm. 

Please note that the entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking will lead to a cleaning and/or fire alarm fee of € 250-1000. It is also forbidden to light candles or sparklers of have an open fire of any kind. E-cigarettes are also forbidden.

You can find our smoking area when you go out from the main door to the right. 

Taxis may be booked on request from reception. We order Taksi Helsinki´s taxis and here you can find their contact details.

The hotel cannot accept responsibility for any cash or valuables left in hotel rooms, the luggage room, restaurant, conference rooms, cars or public areas. The hotel has a limited number of safety lockers at the reception that may be used free of charge. 

All visitors who are not staying at the hotel should inform the reception of their visit.

The visiting hours end at 21.00, after which only checked-in guests are allowed to stay in the hotel room. We want to offer the chance to as peaceful and quiet a stay as possible to all our guests.

Tap water in Helsinki is suitable for drinking.
