The City of Helsinki is doing street maintenance works next to Hotel Arthur from 21–27 July 2026.
The work will be carried out on weekdays during normal working hours. The street will remain open to traffic throughout the works.
The preliminary schedule is as follows:
- Tuesday, 21 July – Drainage access cover adjustment works. A jackhammer will be used, which may cause occasional noise.
- Thursday, 23 July – Removal of the existing asphalt surface.
- Friday, 24 July – Drainage access cover adjustment works.
- Monday, 27 July – Asphalt paving.
Road markings will be completed after the paving work.
