"The perfect place from which to explore Helsinki
Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the Karelian pies. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be back."

"Hidden gem for breakfast and lunch in Helsinki City centre.
Excellent food, lunch 14.90 Eur/person, abundant salad buffet, 2 choices for a main dish. Tested chicken today, which was excellent. Great chef and excellent price and quality ratio. Cosy restaurant facilities."

"Friendly and personal service
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Staff was welcoming, I arrived on a bank holiday and they gave me a leaflet with everything that was open. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near Central Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Helsinki"

I stayed at Hotel Arthur for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room nice. I appreciated the luggage room option as well."

Room was just for my needs for this type of "staycation. Suprisingly fun jazz evening with good tapas table and nice wines. Hotels location is perfect and breakfast really ok with warm dishes and good coffee. What else do you need?"

Hotel Arthur is a perfect place to stay in Helsinki. It is close to the center and the railway station. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel Arthur again. The price performance ratio is very good."

Our Valentine's Day Offer was a wonderful treat - a historic Jugend-style room in the 9th floor, over the roofs of Helsinki. The room itself had a nice red brick wall, a king size bed and all the necessary amenities.
The view was great, we could see e.g. the huge clock tower of the main Railwaystation and other towers. The sunset was breathtaking in the winter time (no Nordic Lights, though).
We had a sauna of our own with two showers. 80 degrees Celsius was just right for us.
Breakfast was abundant with porridge, various cereals and yoghurts, fresh fruit, crisp vegetables, a selection of Finnish bread, Karelian pies, etc. The coffee and juices were good to Finnish taste, too.
We wish to thank especially our waitress Noora (on 12th Feb) in the breakfast service. She's got a cheerful personality with a great attitude to work and customers. All the best for her and hope to see you again in the future."

Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The room was comfortable and I'm a big fan of scandinavian bathroom structures, they are very practical altogether. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very kind to pack us a breakfast when we were checking out earlier than the restaurant's opening hour. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues."

Only stayed 2 nights but the hotel has standard rooms and very clean. All the staff from reception to restaurant were really friendly.
It is vey central and walking distance of all local shops cafes and restaurants.
Helsinki is a beautiful historic city with lots of amazing architecture to view whilst walking to your destination."

"Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness ans service were there as expected. I can only advise you to continue this way same if it would be nice to offer some croissants and pains au chocolats at the breakfast… Be sure if I had to come back in Helsinki in the future, I’ll come back there ! And I’d recommand certainly your Hôtel."
"Great hotel for our last night in Helsinki
We arrived before 12pm and we could have a room straight away instead of just dropping the bags in the luggage area! Staff was friendly, hotel was nice, room was clean and big enough, space for luggage, tea/coffee offered every day, I didn't expect a breakfast but there was one, it was a lovely buffet where I could get the last Finnish things for the last breakfast in Finland. We went for a last stroll around Helsinki and could leave the luggage in the luggage room which was nice. Kiitos Suomi!"

Close to center,metro and railway station, 2 shopping centers (about 6-7 min walking),supermarket.

Second stay at hotel Arthur, and same great experience. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room. Working aircon and blackout curtains. Good breakfast and a location that's really hard to beat in Helsinki! The only niggle I have is that my room was at the end of a looooooong corridor which meant a long walk to go back to get anything I forgot on the way out daily."

Very friendly staff, basic room but had everything you need, clean and tidy and good value for money considering the central location and the fact this is Helsinki.
