Conference packages include:

  • Morning coffee: conference breakfast with savoury snack of the day, smoothie, small sweet and coffe/tea in the conference lobby OR sweet or savoury snack of the day and served in the conference room.
  • Afternoon coffee: in the conference lobby, with sweet snack, as well as fruit and coffee/tea OR sweet or savoury pastry of the day and served in the conference room. Separate price list for other snacks can be found here.
  • Conference lunch: buffet in Restaurant Arthur. Buffet lunch includes soup of the day and hot main courses, as well as a hearty salad bar and coffee/tea and biscuits. In case the number of attendees for lunch is fewer than 20 persons, the lunch may be plate-served at the discretion of the kitchen.
  • Room rent is included to all our conference packages.

We kindly ask you to inform us in advance in case disabled/wheelchair access is needed so that we can assigned trained personnel to operate our stair-climber (max. total weight 150 kg). Unfortunately, our conference facilities are not accessible by motorized wheelchair.

If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices’ Consumer Advisory Service.
