The meeting package includes:
* Conference lunch: buffet in Restaurant Arthur. Buffet lunch includes soup of the day and hot main courses, as well as a hearty salad bar and coffee/tea and biscuits
* Morning coffee: conference breakfast with savoury snack of the day, smoothie, small sweet and coffe/tea in the conference lobby or afternoon coffee: in the conference lobby, with sweet snack, as well as fruit and coffee/tea

Half-day conference packages are available from 08:00 to 12:00 or 13:00 to 17:00. Prices include venue rental. On Saturdays, the buffet lunch requires a minimum of 20 participants. On Sundays, the buffet lunch also requires a minimum of 20 participants, and an additional fee of €10.00 per participant is added to the price of a conference package that includes lunch. Breakfast can also be served in the restaurant. Alternatively, coffee service can be provided in the meeting room with a savory or sweet pastry of the day.
