Hotel Arthur's reception is happy to provide you with information on sights in Helsinki and on the hotel's services. Feel free to ask the happy staff for restaurant suggestions or tips for your stay in Helsinki. You can also purchase refreshments and store your baggage at reception.
The kiosk sells refreshments, sweets, cigarettes, ice cream, hygiene products, postcards and stamps, newspapers, etc. Reception also sells alcoholic beverages with a low alcohol content until 01.30.
There is a computer in the hotel reception reserved for customer use; fee: 2.00 EUR for 30 minutes. Login details can be obtained from reception.
The hotel is not liable for any money or valuables left in hotel rooms, the baggage room, restaurant, conference facilities, car or public areas. There is a limited number of safety deposit boxes at the hotel reception for storing valuables free of charge.
There is a free and lockable baggage storage room at the hotel reception where you can store your baggage. Storage is at your own risk, as the room is not guarded. The hotel is not liable for money or valuables left in the baggage room.
You can order a wake-up call service from reception, reception open 24h.
You can request our reception staff to order a taxi. If you need a taxi early in the morning, we recommend that you order it the night before.
