• Only make payments through the official booking platform you used to make your reservation
• If in doubt, do not respond to the message
• Hotel Arthur does not ask any banking or payment details through WhatsApp
If you have entered your payment card details on a suspicious website, please contact your bank or card issuer immediately to report the incident and block your card.
