Yes, there is a Wi-Fi internet connection in the rooms free of charge.

What time may I check in and what time do I have to check out?
You can check in at 2pm and the time to check out is at noon. You can bring the luggage earlier into the luggage room.

Is there luggage storage at Hotel Arthur?
Yes, there is a luggage storage room at the reception, which is free of charge and unattended. One may store baggage here one´s own risk.

Can I smoke inside of Hotel Arthur?
Hotel Arthur is a non-smoking hotel so you may only smoke outside. Smoking will lead toa 250-euro clening fee. its is also sorbidden to light candles or have open fire of any kind.

What time is the breakfast served?
All the roomrates include a continental breakfast which is served at restaurant Arthur from Mondays to Fridays at 6.30 am until 9.30 am. On Saturdays breakfast is served 06.30am until 10.30 am and on Sundays and public holidays 7.30 am until 10.30 am.

Does the hotel allow pets?
Hotel Arthur has few rooms where pets can be accommodated. Please inform us about this when making the reservation! Please do not leave pets alone in the room.

Does the hotel have a toilet for disabled customers?
Yes, there is toilet for disabled customers in the 4th floor. Please ask the key from the reception.
